Wake up and run is an untimed 5 km jog that takes place in 15 Swiss towns at 5.30 in the morning, followed by a breakfast of local produce. By taking part in a Wake up and run event, you have the opportunity to run or walk with your friends, colleagues and family and discover your sleepy town from a very special angle.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
